It's Official

It is official this morning! I get to go and visit my beloved Hana and get to pick up Presley. I will be off next Friday and stay for a whoping 10 days. All of which will be spent on the beach(if mother nature will cooperate). It will be so good to get away from the snow and from work and have a great vacation.

I chose this pictures to get me ready for and nauseating 1 1/2 -2 hour drive with 54 one lane bridges and 600 switch back turns. I know it sounds to good to be true. I just hope that my body remembers this. I got to where I was only mildly nauseated when we drove it. The first time was quite a doozy. I didn't throw up but I was definitely dry heaving. The Hana highway is not for any one with a weak stomach. A lot of people only make it half way which is such a shame. When you have made it that far you should just go all the way. Lets not forget that it follows the coast and it is a rain forest area. It truly is beautiful and I will be taking picture after picture to remember it.

I am currently thinking about the wonders of a spray on tan. Let me know what you think or what expriences you have had.

He was the Best!!!!

It is such loss for me. I really loved this amazing man. He radiated the Saviors love through he very being. I can feel the spirit from just looking at his picture. About 2 years ago I was able to go to his birthday celebration and the conference center. It was awesome and he was so gracious it is a memory I will always treasure. I will miss him so much and wanted to keep him here for very selfish reason. He was the best! No doubt he will still be working hard and lending a hand to all of us.

New Hair

I know this is not a great picture but I will get a better one in the future. I had got a wild hair on Saturday and had my roommate cut of 7in. of my hair. I love the result. I am always growing it long and cutting it all off. I had been growing it out for about 3 years this time and it was totally time for a change.

Quick Update

My parent finally gave in a got a dog for my siblings still at home. She is a mix between and jack russell and a mini pin. Her name is Noel and she is the cutest little dog(and I don't even like dogs).

This Presley's Christmas performance. It is so cute and I can't help but be a proud Momma. She really has a knack for dancing.

So much has happened over the last month and as I sit here uploading pics I have realized that most of my pics are on the camera that Presley got for Christmas. She is in Hawaii right now, so I won't be able to get them until she gets back around the middle of February. What a bummer. :(

I will give you a quick over view. Christmas was great I got an ipod and Presley got a camera. We both love our presents. Dan was in town and Presley really had fun with him and we are all learning to adjust to our new situation. New Years was a blast. I went up to Bountiful and stayed the night at a friends house and pretended that I was just out of High School(it was long over due since I was married and year after high school.) Presley left with her Dad on the 9th and she is having a good visit with him and her little buddies there.

I have been going to and improve workshop put on by a group called the Thrillionares. They put on a play that is totally improved and then they do a musical the same way. It sounds interesting but it is the best and funniest entertainment ever. If you are ever in Utah this should be on your must do list. Anyway my hope is to get good enough to preform with them. So far I have been making progress and the ensure me I have potential but I am a little behind the curve since I have never really acted before. Don't worry I will brag to high heaven if this actually happens.

I am also trying to make some decisions on what I need to do with my life. I have been leaning towards becoming a psycologist(I know one that does improv and tells lame jokes)! But I think I would love doing hair or being an esthitian. It is a hard decision to make and I am definitely taking my time. I am the worst at actually forming a plan and going through with it. So it looks like I have some praying, fasting, and temple attendance to look forward to.

I Miss My Baby!

I have really waited to long to make a post. One problem it that I like to have pics to post and I keep on forgeting my card reader. I used to keep it my purse but I switched purses and failed to move it over. My bad.

One update that I really wish I had a picture of is my new(to me) car! The hunt is finally over and I got just the right car for me. I had been driving my sisters Mitsubishi Outlander. It was a very nice and comfy suv. I was really dreading down grading to a sedan. Luckily I found a Honda CRV!. I got a screamn' deal on it and spent just what I wanted to. This is one way I know that Heavenly Father loves me. He always takes care of me.

One more update. My sweety and roomate has gone to Hawaii to visit her Dad. I miss her so much. I woke up the other night and and was looking for her cute little body to cuddle and to my half asleep surprise she wasn't there. :( It made me sad. On a lighter note I have decided to pick her up in Feb. and stay for a week or so. I am excited for that. I was talking with her the other day and she said," I bet you miss me more than Dad." To which I replied, "You are right I do miss you more than Dad." To which she said,"How come?" I replied,"Because we are just friends." She thought this was hillarious and busted out laughing and said,"Then how come you are divorced?" As a was laughing I said,"You know Presley I don't know that answer to that." One of my favorite parts of this story is the fact that I was on speaker phone and was making Dan feel really uncomfortable. Kids are the best(especially your own).
